Privacy Policy

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of Client and User Information. Information Collected by Supplier

We only collect information about the Client and User that is required to supply SSME to the Client and User: Specifically; (1) Client Name, address, phone number; (2) Client Primary Contact Person name, email, phone number, job title/position; (3) Number of students enrolled at Client; (4) List of Users name and email.

Disclosure of Client and User Information

All Client and User information is held by Supplier solely so Supplier can deliver SSME to the Client and User. In some circumstances we may require assistance from Third Parties to deliver SSME to the Client and User; and in such a case Supplier will take all reasonable steps to ensure that Client and User Information is not used for any purpose other than providing SSME to the Client and User. Client and User information will be disclosed if Supplier is required to do so by law.

Security of Client and User Information

Client and User Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.Supplier may securely store Client and User Information for up to 10 years after it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained.

Maintaining the Quality of Client and User Information

It is an important to us that Client and User Information is up to date. The Client is required to inform us of any changes to Client and User Information within 28 days of any change.

Maintaining Terms and Privacy Policy

Updates
Supplier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms and/or Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes on or through the website. Please check these Terms and Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of SSME after such changes have been posted as provided above constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. Such amended Terms and/or Privacy Policy will automatically be effective upon the earlier of (i) your continued use of SSME, or (ii) 30 days from posting of such modified Terms and/or Privacy Policy on our website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the resolution of any dispute that arises between you and Supplier will be governed by the Terms and/or Privacy Policy in effect at the time such dispute arose.
